The 4-Series Signature Server® Model 36191 is a serving counter designed for hot and cold food stations. It features a stainless steel countertop and a modular design, incorporating three hot wells and one cold pan. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel unibody for durability and mobility, equipped with swivel casters and brakes. The hot wells are controlled via a Touch-Temp electronic panel, and the cold pan includes a standard drain.
