The 4-Series Signature Server® Model 37077 is a Bain Marie Hot Food Station designed for efficient food service operations. It features a modular design with a wet operation, allowing for consistent temperature maintenance of hot foods. Constructed with a single dial thermostat control, it provides precise temperature regulation. The unit is built with an 18/300 series stainless steel one-piece top and an 18/400 series stainless steel enclosed base, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning.
