This product is a countertop plate rest designed for use with the 4-Series Signature Server®. It features a 60-inch width and 7-inch depth, constructed from 18-gauge 400 series stainless steel. The plate rest includes fold-down style mounting brackets and locking brackets on each end for easy station connection.
