The ServeWell® 38102 is a hot food table designed to maintain prepared foods at safe serving temperatures. Constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, it features thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells that are self-insulating and equipped with brass drain valves. This model includes individual thermostatic controls for each well and a low-water indicator light to ensure efficient operation.
