The ServeWell® 38118 is a hot food table designed to maintain prepared foods at safe serving temperatures. Constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, this unit features four thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells, each equipped with individual capillary tube thermostatic controls and brass drain valves. The unit includes a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide poly cutting board, providing additional functionality for food service operations.
