The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Serving Counter is designed for hot food service applications. It features a construction of vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel and includes a buffet-style breath guard. Each of the three wells is equipped with a 120V, 525W exposed heating element, providing manual control for each well. The unit is mounted on four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked, allowing for mobility and stability.
