The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Serving Counter, model 38713, is a non-refrigerated cold food station designed for use in food service environments. It features a solid base constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation. This unit includes a seamless one-piece 20 gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface and a 6" deep stainless well with a 1" drain for easy cleanup. The serving counter is equipped with a buffet style acrylic breath guard and four locking casters for mobility.
