The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Serving Counter, model R3873760, is a refrigerated cold food station designed for use in food service environments. It is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel and features a granite wrapper. The unit is equipped with an NSF2 cafeteria-style acrylic breath guard to protect food from contaminants. It utilizes R290 refrigerant, known for its lower Global Warming Potential, and includes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced efficiency. The serving counter is designed with an open storage base and includes a 1-inch integral drain for easy cleanup.
