Constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel, it features a cherry woodgrain wrapper and a fully enclosed clear acrylic Buffet NSF2 breath guard. The unit is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maintain optimal temperature and performance.
