Constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel, it features a mechanically refrigerated cold well and utilizes R290 refrigerant for lower environmental impact. The unit is equipped with a NSF2 cafeteria-style acrylic breath guard to protect food from contamination.
