The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Serving Counter is designed for hot food service applications. It features a construction of vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel with a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes thermoset wells with high-efficiency 480W in-water heating elements, eliminating the need for spillage pans. It is equipped with a buffet style breath guard and an enclosed base with sliding doors for storage.
