The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Serving Counter, model T38710, is designed for serving hot food in a buffet setting. It is constructed with a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and features a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit includes four thermoset wells with high-efficiency 480W in-water heating elements, each controlled by individual manual dial controls. The sealed wells eliminate the need for spillage pans, and the unit is equipped with a manifold drain system.
