The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Serving Counter, model T38727, is a hot food station designed for efficient food service operations. It is constructed with a granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and features a 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. This unit includes three thermoset wells with high-efficiency 480W in-water heating elements, each with individual manual dial controls. The serving counter is equipped with a buffet style breath guard and manifold drains, eliminating the need for spillage pans.
