The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Serving Counter, model T389352, is designed for serving hot food in a variety of settings. It is constructed from vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel with a 20 gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface. The unit features thermoset wells with high-efficiency in-water heating elements and does not require spillage pans due to its sealed well design. It includes a buffet style breath guard and an enclosed base with individual manual dial controls for each well.
