The Winco HBP-3 Hamburger Patty Press is designed to create uniform burger patties with ease. Constructed from anodized aluminum with stainless steel press bowls and plates, it features interchangeable plates for making 4-inch or 5-inch patties. The manual single-lever operation allows for quick pressing and release of patties, and it includes a built-in patty paper holder with 500 sheets of patty paper for each size.
