The UNOX ChefTop MIND.Maps Plus XACC-0513-EPLM is an electric combi oven designed for various cooking processes such as dehydrating, steaming, low temperature cooking, sous vide cooking, roasting, grilling, pan frying, and regeneration. It features a 9.5" touch control panel and can accommodate 5 trays GN 1/1. The oven is constructed with a high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel cooking chamber and includes advanced technologies for automatic management of cooking processes.
