A small bar sink is really useful in a restaurant or a bar that requires an area to be used for small cleaning jobs. The problem is that some people have no idea how to take care of them. This usually happens with stainless steel small bar sinks due to the material that is present. Contrary to what you might believe, stainless steel is not actually going to always be resistant to anything that you do. It is recommended that you always perform small bar sink routine cleaning and not focus on an aggressive cleaning process once per week.
Manufacturers recommend that you will only use cleaners that will be suitable for use with stainless steel products and that you always rinse and dry properly as soon as the cleaning procedure is over. The user should never leave an iron or low-carbon steel kitchenware inside the sink or even rubber patches, cloths, wet sponges, dishpans and cleaning pads.
Abrasive powders, chlorine bleach, liquid soap, cleaners, high salt content food, silver based cleaning products, metals, rusted materials and hydrochloric acid cleaners should never be left inside the small bar sink for a long period of time. It also goes without saying that the surface of the sink should never be used as a cutting area.
