Atosa USA AEFF-50-2B — Double Full Vat Electric Fryer with Auto Lift
The AEFF-50-2B is a double full vat electric fryer battery with the auto lift system: two 50 lb tanks at 17 kW each, 100 lb of oil in total, in a 31" wide battery. Baskets rise on their own at the end of the programmed cycle, built-in filtration with a pump is standard, and every tank comes with two baskets.

Two 50 lb Full Vats
Both tanks are full 50 lb vats at 17 kW each, so the battery carries 100 lb of oil and two high-volume products can run at full output side by side.
Auto Lift System
Baskets rise automatically at the end of the programmed cycle, so nothing sits in hot oil waiting for a cook to come back to it.
Built-In Filtration with Pump
The filtration system and pump are part of the battery, so oil is cleaned in place at the end of service rather than moved to a separate filter machine.
Fully Programmable Electronic Controls
Each vat is programmed independently, so one tank can run a long cycle for breaded product while the other holds a short one for fries.

Two Casters, Two Legs
