The AEFF-50-2T is a double vat electric fryer battery with a 50 lb full vat on the left and a split vat on the right divided into two 25 lb wells — three independently programmed cooking wells in a 31" wide battery. Built-in filtration with a pump is standard, and every tank comes with two baskets.

The split vat is what separates this battery from a straight double: three cooking wells in two tanks, so small-batch items get their own oil without giving up a full pot to them.
One Full Vat Plus a Split Vat
The left tank is a full 50 lb vat at 17 kW. The right tank is split into two 25 lb wells at 8.5 kW each, so two low-volume items can run side by side in their own oil.
Built-In Filtration with Pump
The filtration system and pump are part of the battery, so oil is cleaned in place at the end of service rather than moved to a separate filter machine.
Fully Programmable Electronic Controls
Each well is programmed independently, which matters most on a split vat where the two sides are usually running different products at different times.
Two Baskets per Tank
Every tank ships with two fryer baskets, so the full vat can run two products at once and each split well has its own basket.
