Atosa USA EHS-OW-2 — 30" Two-Well Electric Steam Table
The EHS-OW-2 is the compact model in Atosa's electric hot food table line: two 12" x 20" open wells, each fiberglass insulated on all four sides and the bottom, 8" deep, with its own 475 watt element and infinite switch. At 30" wide and 950 watts on a standard 120V outlet, it holds a two-item service line without a dedicated circuit install.
Key Features of the EHS-OW-2
A two-well table has to hold serving temperature as reliably as a five-well line — it just does it in half the space and on a standard outlet.
Fully Insulated 8" Deep Wells
All four sides and the bottom of both wells are insulated with fiberglass in a dry heating, open well design — the heat goes into the food pan rather than into the cabinet and the room.
Infinite Switch on Each Well
Both wells have their own infinite switch, so a soup can hold hotter than a vegetable beside it. An indicator light per well shows power on and the element heating.
950 Watts on Standard 120V
The table draws 950 watts total and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P receptacle, so it can be set up almost anywhere without an electrician.
Die-Stamped 12" x 20" Openings
Stainless steel die-stamped well openings with a rising lip keep spills out of the well and make full size food pans easy to load and unload mid-service.
Poly Cutting Board and Under Shelf
A 7" wide x 1/2" thick poly cutting board on an 18 gauge stainless support shelf gives a plating ledge, and the under shelf stores backup pans.
Mechanical Switch Guards
Both switches sit behind a mechanical guard so a passing pan or an elbow cannot change a well's setting during service.
Structure note: The 18 gauge stainless steel top, body and under shelf sit on stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable stainless feet, so the table can be levelled on an uneven floor and still sit solid under a full load of pans.
