The Atosa USA SDA204808 is the 8" tall version of Atosa's welded aluminum dunnage rack — 48" wide and 20" deep, built for the spot where a 12" rack would cost you a shelf. Eight inches is still enough clearance to sweep and mop under, and the lower deck makes loading heavy cases easier on the back. Welded 1.2 mm aluminum tubing in a 1-1/2" × 1-1/2" square section carries the load without rusting in a wet cooler.
What It Does
8" Low Profile
Lower than the standard 12" dunnage rack, so a shelf above it stays usable while stock still clears the floor for cleaning.
Welded Aluminum
Heavy duty welded aluminum construction — no fasteners to work loose, and no rust in a walk-in cooler or a wet dry-store corner.
1-1/2" Square Tubing
Built from 1.2 mm aluminum tubing in a 1-1/2" × 1-1/2" square section, the profile that resists bowing under a loaded stack.
Open Vented Top
An open slatted top lets air move around whatever is stacked on it, so the bottom of a case is not sitting in condensation.
Four Widths Available
The 8" series comes in 24", 36", 48" and 60" widths, all 20" deep, so a run can be built to fit the wall.
Six Legs at 60"
Atosa adds two extra legs on the 60" and longer racks; the 48" SDA204808 is supported on four.
