The Atosa USA SWS1284/304 is a seven-foot wall shelf in 18 gauge 304 stainless steel — the length that clears a whole prep run at once and puts dry goods, pans or a line of squeeze bottles above the work surface instead of on it. It ships with three brackets rather than two, which is what Atosa specifies on 72" and longer shelves so the middle of the span does not sag under load.

18 Gauge 304 Stainless
The /304 models are built in 304 stainless — the higher-alloy grade that stands up better to salt, acid and constant wipe-downs than 430.

Turned Edges
