The Blue Air Commercial Refrigeration BLMT72-D2M-HC is the center-drawer member of the 72-3/8" three-section mega top family: two 6" pan drawers sit in the middle bay with a self-closing swing door at each end, so the drawers stay an equal reach from either operator on a two-person line. The extended top carries thirty 1/6 size pans, all included, over 20.2 cu. ft. of R-290 cooled storage held between 33 °F and 39 °F.

Drawers in the Middle Bay

Thirty-Pan Mega Top
