The EnduraHeat BR120 Heated Cabinet is designed to hold and transport food while keeping it warm and ready for serving. It features a convection heating system with a blower heat and a solid to solid phase change heat retention system. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel and includes three welded, double nickel-plated removable wire shelves.
