The Carter-Hoffmann BR150 Heated Cabinet is a banquet cart designed to keep food warm and ready for serving. It features a convection heating system and a solid to solid phase change heat retention system. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel with an all-welded, turned-in seam design. It includes three welded, double nickel-plated removable wire shelves and can accommodate plate/cover diameters up to 11 inches. The cabinet is equipped with a 3-way toggle switch for off, convection heat, or EnduraHeat mode.
