The hotLOGIX HL8-5 is a heated cabinet designed for holding cooked food warm and ready for serving. It features a single compartment with an insulated, stainless steel construction. The cabinet is equipped with digital controls and a top-mounted forced air heating system, capable of reaching temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).
