The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-18 is a full-height heated cabinet designed for holding cooked food warm and ready for serving. It features a top-mounted blower heater system with dial control and precision-engineered ducts for even air flow. The cabinet is constructed from sanitary stainless steel with double wall insulation and includes a single solid field reversible door.
