The Comstock Castle CCEGT48 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 48-inch wide frame with a smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with four thermostat controls and a 3-inch splash guard on the back and ends. It includes a 3-inch wide front grease trough and a removable grease drawer for easy maintenance.
