The Comstock Castle CC-GDF38 is a floor model donut fryer designed for use with natural gas. It features a stainless steel front and galvanized sides, with a side drain board that doubles as a night cover. The fryer is equipped with a snap-action thermostat for temperature control and a double safety high limit control for added safety.
