The Comstock Castle CCTG3148-1 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 48-inch wide frame with a 24-inch deep cooking surface, constructed from a 1-inch thick smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with four snap action thermostat controls, allowing precise temperature management up to 550°F. The unit includes a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends, a 3-inch wide front grease trough, and a removable grease drawer for efficient grease management. The exterior is made of stainless steel, and the griddle stands on 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
