Comstock Castle CC-PO31 Pizza Bake Oven, Countertop, Gas

The Comstock Castle CC-PO31 is a countertop gas pizza oven designed for commercial use. It features a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel construction with heavy-duty inner framing and double-wall construction for cooler operation. The oven is equipped with a precision thermostat control ranging from 125° to 600° F, and includes a safety valve and cool-to-the-touch control knobs. It operates with a ¾" NPT rear gas connection and is available for natural gas or LP gas with field conversion kits.
