The Comstock Castle CCGTF-25-N is a countertop gas fryer designed for efficient frying operations. Constructed with a stainless steel front and flue, this fryer features a 25 lb. oil capacity with a stainless steel tube type fry pot. It includes a snap action thermostat for temperature control and a cold zone to prevent refrying crumbs, extending the life of the shortening. The fryer is equipped with a 1" diameter drain valve for fast and easy draining.
