The Comstock Castle CCHG-12 is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. The griddle is equipped with a manual control, a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends, and a 3-inch wide front grease trough. It includes a removable grease drawer and has a stainless steel exterior with 4-inch stainless steel legs.
