The Comstock Castle CSSUHP24 is a countertop gas hotplate designed for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel exterior finish for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The unit includes four cast iron burners, each with a 12" x 12" cast iron grate and cast-in aeration bowls for optimal heat efficiency. The hotplate is equipped with reliable brass gas valves and adjustable standing pilots for each burner.
