The Comstock Castle HG36T-1-.5G is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 36-inch wide frame with a 30-inch depth, and a griddle plate that is 36 inches by 22.5 inches and 1 inch thick. The griddle plate is half smooth and half grooved, allowing for versatile cooking options.
