The Comstock Castle EG12-T is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a 12-inch wide by 20-inch deep highly polished steel griddle plate, which minimizes food sticking. The unit is equipped with a single thermostat control and includes a 3-inch splash guard on the back and ends. The griddle also has a 4-1/2 inch wide front grease trough and a large removable grease drawer for efficient grease management.
