The Comstock Castle EG18-T is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking. It features a 27-1/2" deep frame and an 18" wide x 20" deep griddle plate made of 5/8" thick highly polished steel. The griddle includes a thermostat control for precise temperature management and a 3" splash guard on the back and ends. It also has a 4-1/2" wide front grease trough and a large removable grease drawer, all encased in an aluminized steel exterior finish.
