The Comstock Castle EG30 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for food service applications. It features a 30-inch wide by 20-inch deep cooking surface with a 5/8-inch thick highly polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with four manual controls and a 3-inch splash guard on the back and ends. It includes a 4-1/2-inch wide front grease trough and a large removable grease drawer for efficient grease management.
