The Comstock Castle EG30-T is a countertop gas griddle designed for use in commercial kitchen settings. It features a 30" wide by 20" deep highly polished steel griddle plate with a thickness of 5/8". The unit is equipped with two thermostat controls to provide precise temperature management. The griddle includes a 3" splash guard on the back and ends, and a 4-1/2" wide front grease trough that leads to a large removable grease drawer. The exterior is finished with aluminized steel, and it requires a ¾" gas connection.
