The Comstock Castle FHP12-12T is a gas-powered countertop griddle. It features a 12-inch wide by 21-inch deep polished steel griddle plate. The unit includes a thermostatic control and a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends. It is equipped with a front grease trough and a removable grease drawer for ease of cleaning. The griddle is constructed with insulated stainless steel sides and stands on 5-inch stainless steel legs.
