The Comstock Castle FHP54-54T is a gas-powered countertop griddle. It features a 54-inch wide by 28-inch deep frame with a 54-inch by 21-inch by 3/4-inch thick griddle plate. The griddle is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and includes a 4-inch splash guard on the back and sides.
