The Dormont RG7548 is a complete, code-ready hookup for a caster-mounted gas fryer, range, oven, or griddle that gets rolled out for cleaning and service. At its core is a 3/4" I.D. x 48" ReliaGuard® moveable-grade connector — annealed, corrugated 304 stainless steel tubing wrapped in a multi-strand stainless braid and a gray PVC jacket — rated to deliver 180,000 BTU/hr of natural gas. Dormont packs it with everything the installer needs in one box: a Standard Snap™ quick disconnect, a full port brass ball valve, a PVC-coated steel restraining cable with mounting hardware, and malleable iron 90° street elbows. 304 Stainless Steel, Braided & PVC-Coated
Annealed, corrugated 304 stainless tubing is reinforced with a multi-strand stainless steel wire braid and sealed in a gray PVC coating that melts at 350°F (177°C) and will not hold a flame.

The 3/4" I.D. x 48" hose is rated at 180,000 BTU/hr of natural gas (0.64 specific gravity at a 0.5" WC pressure drop), enough for most single fryers, ranges, and convection ovens on a commercial line.
Standard Snap Quick Disconnect
