The Royal Range RDSAC-24 is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a 24-inch wide cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with two burners, each controlled by a solid state snap action thermostat, and includes a safety pilot with electronic ignition. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it is insulated with 1,200°F mineral wool. The frame is fully welded for durability, and the unit stands on 4-inch adjustable legs.
