The Royal Range RDSAC-36 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 36" wide cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with three burners, each with a solid state snap action thermostat and a safety pilot with electronic ignition. The griddle is constructed with stainless steel sides and a front valve cover, and it includes an all-welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation for durability and heat retention.
