The Comstock Castle FHP24-24T is a countertop gas griddle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a 28-inch deep frame with a 24-inch wide and 21-inch deep polished steel griddle plate. The unit includes thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends to contain splatter. A front grease trough and a large removable grease drawer facilitate easy cleaning. The griddle is constructed with insulated stainless steel sides and is supported by 5-inch stainless steel legs.
