The Royal Range 7223 Charbroiler is a gas-powered countertop appliance designed for commercial food service operations. It features a fully welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation, providing durability and heat retention. The charbroiler is equipped with heavy cast iron burners and volcanic "Char Rock" to reduce flare-ups. The cast iron grates can be positioned flat or raised, and the unit includes a full-length grease trough for efficient grease management. The exterior is constructed with stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, and it stands on 2" adjustable legs.
