The Royal Range BG-4824 is a gas-powered griddle and charbroiler designed for countertop use. It features a fully welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation, ensuring durability and efficient heat retention. The unit includes a stainless steel drip tray and grease can, as well as stainless steel sides and front valve cover. The griddle is equipped with a 1" thick plate with a polished cooking surface, and the charbroiler comes with heavy cast iron burners and radiants.
