It features a fully welded frame with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation, providing durability and heat retention. The unit includes a 36" wide griddle cooking surface and an infrared overfired broiler with a two-position pull-out broiler rack. The stainless steel front and sides ensure easy cleaning and maintenance.
