The Royal Range ORHP-336 is a gas wok range designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a fully welded frame with a lifetime warranty and is equipped with three cast iron burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr. The range includes a 9 3/4" stainless steel wok ring, suitable for an 11" wok, and a full-width removable stainless steel crumb pan for easy cleaning. The unit is constructed with stainless steel sides, front valve cover, and ledge, and comes with 4" high adjustable heavy-duty legs.
