The Royal Range RD85-24-SAE is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 24-inch wide and 24-inch deep cooking surface with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with two solid state controls, a safety pilot, and electric ignition. Constructed with a fully welded frame, it has stainless steel front, sides, and back, and stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.
